The Sealed Burner Series burners provide a searing 21,000 BTUs* for high heat cooking and searing while the precise simmer burner allows for more controlled simmering and melting. The full motion grates allow you to move pots and pans seamlessly across the cooktop.

 

Extra-Large Convection Oven with Infrared Broiler:

BlueStar® ovens can accommodate full-size commercial sheet pans, for the ultimate in efficient cooking or baking. The unique oven baffle design and convection fan system result in even heat distribution for precise accurate baking. Plus, our 15,000 BTU infrared broiler produces 1850° of intense searing heat, enabling you to broil to perfection in just a matter of minutes.

 

Infrared Broiler:

Because of its popularity in the commercial market, the direct-fired ceramic infrared broiler is standard on all Sealed Burner Series ranges. The large infrared burner produces 1850°of intense, searing heat close to the burner, while effecting a gentler broil for foods placed farther away. The broiler is fully recessed into the oven’s top to create maximum cooking space.

 

Range Colors:

Select from 1,000+ colors and finishes to coordinate with your other appliances.  Or, send us a sample of your favorite color and we will create a custom color for a look that is uniquely your own.

 

Knob Colors:

All Platinum ranges come standard with premium brushed stainless knobs. Or, add a pop of color to your kitchen with colored knobs. Choose from 190 color options or even design a custom colored.

 

Trim Options:

Choose from 10 metal trim options like brushed brass and copper to add a unique richness and warmth to your kitchen.  Full selection of finishes include stainless steel, antique brass, antique copper, polished copper, polished brass, brushed brass, brushed copper, chrome, pewter and oil rubbed bronze.
